Order process

Ordering is very easy. Just add the selected items to your shopping cart and fill in the required address details. It’s also possible to choose a different shipping address. Next, you can select your preferred payment method. Once you have completed the order process, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods: bank transfer, Paypal, credit card, Bancontact / Mister Cash and iDeal. We charge an extra fee for a few of our payment methods.

Shipping rates and times

Orders paid before 9 p.m. (8 p.m. GMT) will be shipped the same day. The shipping rates to your country are displayed in our shopping cart after the goods are added. Orders are being delivered in 2-7 business days depending on your location. Feel free to contact us for an indication about the delivery time.

GLS delivery

GLS is our logistics partner in Europe. You will receive an email with a tracking number that enables you to follow your parcel. GLS will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. After the second attempt you can collect your parcel at a GLS location near you. GLS may also deliver your parcel via your neighbors.

Customer account

It’s not required to create an account with us. However, you can create one after you’ve supplied your address information. We will then store your selected password and your email address. Next time you order, you can retrieve your personal information just by logging in.

VAT free delivery within the European Union

Corporate clients from the European Union are eligible for VAT free delivery. If this applies to you, then please send us an email first, requesting VAT free delivery of your order.

Returns

Our items are manufactured with the utmost care. Should a purchased item not meet your expectation, we offer a 30 day return policy. You can return the item to the address below. Please include the original packing slip. We will refund the full amount paid for the item and the original shipping costs. We need up to 14 days to process your return once it is received. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send us a tracking link of the shipment.
